I have bought the PF Joker from a distributor in France (Im in the UK) which has chip on the cheek. How do I get a replacement head as the guy I bought it from says he's sold out and I cant exchange.

Is he an official distributor of SSC? If so he should replace it but IOU should contact SSC just in case.

There are apparently only 20 Jokers left... I would contact SSC RIGHT NOW!!!!

Im sure they dont swap them off what they have left, surely they will have a set amount of heads put aside for this kind of situation?

You don't know how many they have left though. With an ES of about 3000, and they are almost ALL sold out in less hen a full YEAR my guess is that they have gone through a lot of replacement heads.
