Poll: SS Planet Hulk Dio, BD Planet Hulk, or Both?

I'm in a bit of a quandary here. I think I know what decision I'm going to make in the next 24 hours, but just curious what other people think.

I have the SS Planet Hulk Ex dio on order and just ordered the Bowen Designs version.

If you could afford one without any economic issues, which one would you keep; and if it meant eating Ramen noodles for 2 months, would you keep both?

Pics were just grabbed off whatever I could find in google images... for whatever reason in second SS dio, Hulk has no weapon Anyway...

I really don't like the head/face sculpt on the SS Planet Hulk dio. The Bowen Hulk looks rad.

I'd say the both pieces are very cool, but what is your focus in your collection, SS dios or Bowen pieces? That might help you decide which way to go...

Well I like the color of the Bowen one and plus it has the Spikes in there which was a key part of the Planet Hulk series. The paint on the SS is not correct IMO but I still like it because it shows the part of Planet Hulk where he meets Silver (Savage) Surfer under the key spell. Either way if your a PH fan you wouldn't go wrong with each of them.

If you can only get one, go with the Bowen. It's a way more imposing stand alone piece...and who cares about silver savage anyway.

I'm a real Silver Surfer fiend... I guess that's my answer. I also prefer the shade of Green on SideShow's dio.

That said, if you don't care about Silver Surfer, then the Bowen piece certainly is a winner. As detailed a piece from BD as I've seen in quite a while.

Both look great but the Bowen is overpriced IMO when you consider the basic sculpt has been employed on 5 or 6 other Hulks.

I voted both. BD Planet Hulk doesn't come out to ~4Q.

Besides, eating is for the weak.

I voted Both! If you were super forced to pick just one though I would go with Bowen PH. Only reason I say that is planet hulk is, of course, a story about the HULK. And the Bowen PH is a much better representation of what Hulk looked like during PH. SS basically put classic hulk in a Planet Hulk outfit and situation IMO.

I say go with the SSC Dio, the Bowen Hulk is awesome but it's a static pose and I'm not feeling the mace. The SSC hulk is weilding that bad ass battle axe and you have him fighting the Surfer.

The Bowen is the better piece IMO. The best part about Hulk v. Surfer was the cover it was based on...the actual fight was pretty forgettable. If you're looking for a piece to best represent the PH "era" overall, I'd go with Bowen.

Its a shame really, because if Sideshow had made Hulk a bit closer to the PH look...the dio would be completely unbeatable!
