I just picked up this book today- if you want to be a sculptor for collectible companies it seems to be an invaluable resource. It tells you the A to Z of making a sculpt, painting it and photographing it. Even talks about where joints go on action figures. I picked it up for the photography tips, but it's a cool book with a lot of pictures if you're even passingly interested in how these things get made.
