Preorder deposit and local shipping costs.

Hello,

I'm a little unclear about the non-refundable preorder deposit. Does the word "non-refundable" apply as soon as I place my preorder or only after they charge my card?

Also what are the shipping charges for someone who lives in California (same state as SCC)? I preordered Lara Croft (est weight is 15 lbs).

Hello Ureh,

A Non-Refundable deposit is charged about 24 to 48 hours after you've placed your Pre-Order on an item that has a Non-Refundable deposit.

As for your shipping question, your best bet would be to contact our customer service department directly to acquire an estimated shipping cost for your item. The Lara Croft PF won't be shipping for quite a few months, so a 100% accurate shipping cost will not be available until she's about to ship, but you can at least get a estimated one in the meantime.

As far as I am aware if you cancel BEFORE they charge you there is no charge.
