Hi
im pretty new to this collecting thing.
ive noticed that people hate dust and sunlight ALOT!
what damage does the dust do if any?
and im guessing fading colors is the reason behind the sun?

as for displaying, i really really want to one day build environments/dioramas for my collectibles (im collecting 1/6th scale action figures) does anyone have any recommendations for how to go about this without stinking out the house with paints and things?

Im looking into buying detolfs to display them in for now are these a good buy? i see alot of people have them on here. is there any problems with them that i should be aware of?

hmm, i think thats all folks

xkage, welcome to the forum. Detolfs are the way to go for 1/6 scale of less pieces. You can view your pieces from all sides. Just be carefull putting them together. There are 2 plastic strips that connect the back glass to the side glass pieces. Follow the instructions and you should have no problem. I have 5 detolfs for about 3 years and don't have a problem with them.

Dust and sunlight are your enemy. They fade your pieces. Paint fades under direct sunlight and dust never looks good on a collection.

Look at these,should help.
