Do you mean the head laying on it's side? Doesn't look like Scar to me although there looks to be something Predator-like hidden behind that. Or are you seeing something I'm missing?

Don't think either the head OR the one standing is Scar.

Maybe another comic design OR totally new?

I was referring to the one standing since it was a museum like pose.
