Problems with returning a PF

Hello,

I'm trying to return my Lara PF due damage. The pants is ripped, pretty deep scratches on her back and really to much glue on places where it is not supposed to be. I've sent mails to

[email protected] on 11/12 and 6/12

But I still didn't get any response even though I followed the instructions on the site.
Does anyone know if there is another way to contact them ? Or to get this problem solved?

there is a limited time to return and normally the respond in 2 workdays. this is already 8.

Try visiting the web site during there business hours and clicking on the Live Help tab just above the menu list on the home page. Then you can directly chat with CS.

So, again, call. It's a toll free number.

If you use a program like Skype it is free. I've called numerous times using Skype and it's never cost me anything.

well I've used the live chat and apparently it's 7-10 days for international inquiries...
so I'll have to wait till the 21st

she arrived just now... on first inspection she looked good but on closer inspection: some paint scars (scratches without paint) and a piece of her hair is broken off and nowhere to be found
the paint, I can live with but the broken hair...
