he looks like the final product just his armor deatils is different. the lock and the heart is also on different spot.

Hot Toys would've made it, because it's a Hot Toys prototype.

most likely its the hot toys prototype , they usually always change in some way or another.
Take the dark knight costume batman figure. Different parts of his looks have changed since the begging. This can probably include paint too.
