I gave Frank a little bit of weathering and, upon suggestion, I gave him a bandage on his arm. I think he's pretty much finished... for now

Really nice job!!! Looks perfect! But will be nice to make somehow scars on arms, because now it looks, that he cover all hits with face! =D

Thanks. I agree on the simple look. Personally, I don't feel he needs to have be filled to the gills with weapons to get the job done and just by looking at him you know he means business.
