If Paypal orders in the buyers favour and awards the buyer a full refund and the seller has no funds in his/her Paypal account can Paypal still retrieve funds via the sellers bank account or credit cards on file?

Any help would be appreciated.

:lol

Well, I personally won't go that far, because it is a very convenient service, and there is some measure of seller protection against fraud as well. I think they try to pick the right side in disputes, but that isn't always an easy thing to discern.

Yes thats exactly what i would rather do and DO!!.:rolleyes:(have People gotten so lazy that can't stick a MO in the mail or use other venues such as Bidpay?)Sure it's convenient, and thats what they want people to think so they use it.

Paypal are crooks!!

And after having them rip me off,(i'm not going to get into it)i will never give them a cent again. And i am not by any means an isolated case, i've seen many SW fans and fellow collectors in the past few years that have had their account limited/frozen because of Suspicious activities(selling SW figs???WTF),bank accounts over withdrawn and overdraft charges occurred.Collection agency's sent after people. ETC. ETC. ETC. I didn't think it could happen to me but it does happen all the time.

good luck man!!

gee now that you put it that way i think ill start using MOs. ill just jump in my covered wagon and have my horse pull me to the nearest general store.:lol

im sorry to hear about people's problems with paypal. but for me it has always been a reliable timesaver. and personally ive had problems with sending MO's. people "claim" they get lost in the mail and i gotta send another one and i cant cancel them like a personal check so i end up losing.

I have always had good luck with Paypal until thier decision today, I sold a few Sideshow items on Ebay, the buyer claimed they were all damaged (Crock of pure ****) a month later Paypal decides that I must give a full refund after the seller sends me only God know what back? WTF is what I have to say about that, since when is damaged mail my problem?

I even put that i'm not responsible for damaged goods due to delivery in my auction and Paypal just ignores all my evidence and makes a pathetic decision.

My respect went in the toilet for Paypal as of tonite!

Come to think of it i'm tired of selling and buying **** online, I think i'm gonna give it a rest for now! Sorry, I know, i'm all over the place. :lol

Yeah, I try to avoid all the BS of buying and selling online whenever possible. Flippers in my opinion are really doing a lot more work than they think for a measly little profit. In the end it rarely is worth it. Fees add up, time and energy is wasted. Ugh. I try to sell on these forums when I have some thing I want to get rid of. Usually we treat each other well and are honest.

This is why I always insure the items I send off due to chance of this happening, and if it does happen to get damaged then I shall get the value back (after claim has gone through with post office/whatever shipping company it was sent by). This way I shall cover my own ass and the buyer gets his refund and no real loss to you(everyone is happy...of sorts ).

Paypal won't take the funds out of your bank account or charge your credit card but your paypal account will be negative. I have had the same thing happen to me, it must have been a year before I caved in and added funds to my account so I wasn't negative.

Oh so it will just stay negative? Thats all? Oh well they can kiss my ass then! If they can't take a few minutes to actually review my case and the facts then I can't express any compassion either.

Thanks for the info bro!
