Just now there is an eBay retailer refund me all the preorder just because I told him I need replacement statue, I have order/buying 20+ statue from this retailer, and recently I got couple statue came damage and he refuse to get a replacement and refuse do business with me.
I thought all retailer don't need to pay any return shipping fee, but he told me he lose too much money for replacement me statues, does this make any sense? He refund me all 8 statues deposit, some of them already sold out.
Pm me if you want to know this retailer cause we all know what shipper will do to our packages!!
