Hi fella's,
would any of you know what type of body rainman uses most of the time for his figures? Is it all different types or does he stick with a certain brand?

I ask because i was unable to buy the huckleberry but i did snag the sculpt and outfit, so i aneed to do a good build. Is the body totaly customized also?? Thanks for any help anybody can provide....:)

marty.

talk about quick replys...:yess:........much appreciated guy's.....i thank you.....let me ask..aside from the dx version's, why don't people just buy the sculpt and outfit and build the figure themselve's? wouldn't you save a few buck's in the long run?? unless he really tailor's the body specific for each....shaving where is needed etc.....just a thought.....it could be the full figure made from rainman that gives it the provenance everybody wants.......wich then warrants the price.

Rainman paints the full sets himself and they come with a certificate. The other Head Sculpts are painted by somone else.

Like Toylion says, Rainman actually paints the heads on the full and DX sets, though I believe all his outfit releases come with certificates as well. And they have an extra exclusive bit or two. But those are really the only differences, and the price is about $300 more for the full set and $500 more for the DX in the case of Doc Holliday.

Some folks only want a "complete" Rainman custom, including the painted head, and are willing to pay a premium for it.

Sort of like when you buy a new car. You can go barebones or fully equip.

All the sets come with a certificate. As others have stated, the fullset/dx set have the addition of the personal paintjob by Rainman. I have a clothing set for the Marty McFly and had a fellow boardmember (Cheungkinmen) paint the head for that one and I absolutely love it. I have the same with the Dude figure with the sculpt painted by SilentSurfer (purchased from a board member that way), and I am super happy with that one. Rainman's paintjob on this specific one (Doc) easily warrants the higher pricetag in my opinion. I can't wait to get my full set in...

I purchased the Rainman fullset Doc! Can't wait for it's arrival! This in my opinion is Rainman's best piece and my favorite character from Tombstone. I can't wait for Ringo!

Her told me that the bullets were difficult and expensive to make. He made them from Brass and Bronze!

The head plus outfit set was $ 445 and the clothing set was 380. The head set was painted by team Iminimi.
