Question on DiD Lord of the Rings figures

How tall are the Sam figures from DiD's LOTR line?

About the same size as the Sideshow figures. Maybe slightly smaller, but so slight that I am not even sure they are smaller... dig?

So the Sam figure is in scale with other 12 inch figures, meaning it's maybe 8 or 9 inches tall or something ? Any idea how tall the SS or DiD Sam is?

Sideshow's Hobbits are 9", while DiD's are 10" to be exact...
DiD's are in good scale, I'm currently using one Sam body for a Mr. Miyagi Custom, but be aware that the feet aren't poseable, and they are huge... and hairy...

DiD's aren't in scale, they're far too big for hobbits - even the Gimli is too tall.
