Question on Gentle Giant Harry Potter "mini busts": Hagrid Size?

I've seen these are marked "1/6 scale". Being that Hagrid was somewhat larger than a normal human I was wondering if the head on the Gentle Giant Hagrid bust is larger, to be truly 1/6, or is the head fairly small like a normal 1/6 human?

Yeah, I wonder, though, if the rest of the line is actually 1/6? Seems to me that stuff called 1/6 (outside of action figures) can tend to be a bit larger than 1/6. Anyone have any of these busts who can add any info?
