Quick question about SSC Reward Points

It says on the website that pending points become active after 40 days yet my points for the Hot Toys Bruce Wayne/Batman figure which I got back in October are still set at pending

Any reason for this or should I contact them?

I would contact them as my Batman points have cleared long ago

Check to see if the status is not still showing 'item shipping soon'. I've had that happen once. The item didn't convert over to shipped, and so it didn't convert to points after the 40 days. Send an email.

Sometimes the system gets stuck. shoot SS a email and they will take care of it.
