Garry Shandling has passed away at 66. Shandling played Senator Stern in IRON MAN 2 and CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER.

Can't honestly say I was a huge fan of him, but every time an actor / celebrity who had a TV show when I was a kid passes away, I am reminded of my own mortality, as well as age.

RIP Mr. Shandling.

RIP Verne

Yeah I think that's what gets me the most, sadly there's going to be many more to come.....:monkey2

Very sad news. I loved the Garry Sandling Show and the Larry Sanders Show. Both great. I was happy to see him do the little bit parts in the Marvel movies.

Wow

I will remember

This is the theme to Garry's show...

The opening theme to Garry's show...

This the theme that you hear ..as they role the credits...

I'm almost halfway done, in which I start to whistle..

This is the theme to The Gary shandling Show

Same. Wonder if Mr. Green will live past his father's death age. Is it worth living beyond 75, 85, etc.

Wonder what he died of.....

Ha ha! Loved that show. They played the theme song on the news the day he died and it brought a big ol smile to my face.
