It's always sad when someone dies,but I think it's pathetic that people are literally shedding tears over him like they knew him personally

They were just discussing this over in the Master of the Universe thread.

I was a big fan of filmation's Flash Gordon. There was a two hour animated movie I saw as a kid that's never been released on video, I'd love to see it again.

As cheesy as the animated Star Trek was all of us old farts watched it and loved it.

And of course I watched MOTU every day after school.

I'm familiar with all the shows you named and (thanks to teemu and Kamandi for mentioning) MOTU, which I grew up with. But again, never heard of him. So I know his work.. just not him.
