Yeah those little tips he has on the side of his goatee looks like the only thing missing/off with your sculpt, and that should be a realativley easy fix for you.

Awesome. The rest of the sculpt is dead on. The expression, the nose shape and the brow are all great.

Now do I want a black suit like the ending or a tan suit like the begining!
