I caught 'The Cave' on TV the other night.. :slap

Man. What a **** moofy. Unoriginal, painfully derivative, a complete lack of any cast members you want to give a **** about, & plot that makes you want to throw your TV out the window.

-10 / 10

Yep. Minus ten. :lol

Star Trek into the Darkness Very cool roller coaster ride on this one. I did not expect this movie to be as good as i'm about to rate it a 9 mad respect to the original trek movie's on this one very well done. A must see for any TREK FAN. Simply bad ass film.:rock

Basic Instinct: 8.5/10

Pretty interesting flick. Tons of gritty sex, and some interesting character development, but the whole plot was a bit cheesey. I could guess the end by the middle of the film. I can now see why Sharon Stone is accredited with being incredibly sexy. I don't think Douglas was a good choice as male role though.

I saw that in the cinema back in the day, & it was kind of forgettable then really. Sure, the 'leg cross' scene has been used & parodied ad nauseum to date, but ehh.

Jeanne Tripplehorn (what a name) was the best thing about that film, & she barely got time.

Yeah I saw am article about top 10 crazy characters and saw this on it. It mentioned the leg cross scene but I never knew about it beforehand. Yeah I don't see it as very impactful, but then again 92 was a different time. What's to stop someone on just going on a porn site now to then? I thought it was fun and gritty, a different pace from animation films. :lol

Jeanne was fantastic, though her character was annoying sometimes. But she was fantastic, and underrated; but it was her debut so there is that.

Really? That bad? I saw some reviews on imdb with an average 5-6 stars. I found it pretty solid tbh. Maybe because the last cop drama I saw was Chinatown and that was probably 4 months ago.

Jackie Brown (1997) 7.5/10

18 years and I finally get around to seeing this movie. Great tension throughout, especially in the third act. Kind of fun to go back in time to watch a 90's Tarantino film for the first time. The first half of the movie did at times feel like I was watching Tarantino go through the motions a bit after Pulp Fiction but it was still solid overall.
