Come Back To Me - 5/10 - The story was pretty good. The execution wasn't. Would have worked best as a 30 minute Tales from the Dark Side episode, not a full blown movie.


Oh and I didn't watch it, because by all accounts it sucks, but Vince Vaughn recent flick bombed even worse than his recent bombs. Sad part is, he will prolly wow people with True Detective and have custom dolls made of him and force us to endure watching 6 more years of ****** trailers for his ****** movies.

There are those that weren't entertained including myself. I think the movie, along with most of Ridley Scott's stuff(sans Blade Runner and Alien) is pure drivel. This movie included. I know it won best picture but the nominees from that year's awards are often considered one of the worst group of nominated films.

I assume you were trying to quote the Gladiator post? From the moment I saw it in the theater I always found it to be a poor man's Braveheart and was highly annoyed when it beat out Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.

And it's not a bad thing since nothing more was intended.
Will watch at home one more time.

The scene in church and "fireworks" were great!

Tank Girl - 7.5/10

Man, that was awesome. I loved it up until they met the Rippers. Not exactly sure why. I think maybe the plot became too serious and busy after that, with less wacky, wildcardness and less focus on Tank Girl herself, who was easily the best part of the movie.
