If you have the Reg. Ed. and have ordered a Chestburster, there's no reason to spring for the Cleaner Kit -- unless you want the base (which CAN be purchased seperately on feeBay) and, duh, the actual cleaner kit. IMO, not worth it. It's like a watered-down version of the first release, but with some extra accessories to balance it out. Eh...

PS: Both helmets look pretty banged up, so an extra crack through one of the eyes isn't going to change much. I'd be fine with either of them, that is, if I was ever interested in buying a Wolf.

the regular wolf doesn't have the interchangeable mandibles does it?
and the cleaner has more accessories. and the base.
seems like an easy choice to me.

either way that movie was a piece of ____.

Yes, I would recommend getting the Cleaner Ex and then pick up the pieces that you may want from the regular Wolf like the whip or the helmet.

I was just in your situation and chose the regular wolf. Main reason was the extra "cleaner" kit and open mandibles were a waste to me, as the best part about the wolf was the Bio and weapons. I preferred having the extra canon (which is the wolfs signature imo) and the open shuriken which looks so cool. To each his own though...

and the dual plasma casters.:monkey3

thats what i did with my cleaner...although not that lucky with the bendable whip.:monkey2

i like the ability to have the option to close or open their mandibles...for that colgate smile.

Do what I did. I made a hybrid of both. I used the Cleaner wolf head, Cleaner armor with all accessories, then added a second shoulder cannon to the body armor. Now I got the perfect wolf. Got all the gear and 2 cannons. Not really movie accurate but I like it that way.

actually the cleaner head bugs me somewhat, the visible joints just gnaw at me. I have a cleaner that has the regular head. I guess i belong to the stranger peoples group :D

Oh no I totally agree. It's just not molded properly I guess. I've always thought about putting the original wolf head onto the current body. I mean I never take off his' bio anyway.

what did you do with the left over parts?

How'd you attach the second cannon?
