Looks to me like a Cyberpunk Uncharted. Uncharted + Deus Ex HR + Beyond Good and Evil, maybe.

I'm surprised they have delayed this until the next generation. I wouldn't be surprised if a special edition doesn't get released for Xbox720/PS4.
