Aw, I was the only Brandon here. Not anymore I guess. Good to see some reinvigorated interest in Classic RE in this custom thread. Unfortunately, my days of making customs are pretty much over. Made the majority of mine in 2012.

After making some Revelations 2 characters in 2014 or 2015 I've called it quits since then; only making minor mods when new products come out to my existing customs. Thought about making a RE6 Chris and Sherry every now and again but I have zero interest in RE7.

Your G1 Birkin is coming along nicely, keep us posted.

Why have you been so quiet the past couple years if you're still making customs?

I haven’t worked on any RE lately besides getting OurWorld Rebecca and turning my old Rebecca custom into the classic look to got with Jill and Chris. I have no plans to start any new customs, I started working on Tomb Raider customs.

Well I prefer to go by my middle name anyways, which is William, but people think I'm a creeper or somethin' when they find out William's not my "real name" lol so I just introduce myself as Brandon, though I kinda hate that name. So yeah, just call me William.

ANYways, except for currently putting together a custom Leon to face off against G, I'm going to be focusing mainly on making custom B.O.W. sculptures. If/when I make a Nemesis figure I'll make a Jill and Carlos to face off against him, but that'll be sometime next year. If/when I make Nemesis I would make all three of his forms, including his final form. It'd be cool to have a S.T.A.R.S. Wesker and make a custom Lisa Trevor statue to go with him. If I ever make the Proto Tyrant I'd have to get a Rebecca to go with him. Claire seems to be the most difficult custom figure to make, especially RE2 Claire.

I wanna see more opinions on which B.O.W.'s people wanna see, their are so many awesome monsters in the classic games.

I've been working on a Mr. X custom for the past month and am really happy with how he turned out. Here's a few pics:

He's built out of a DC Direct Dr Manhattan figure, which is at a weird 1/6 scale, making him about 14" tall.

That Mr. X is so awesome. How'd you get Leon's hair the perfect color? Well duh with paint, do you remember which colors you used Merc?

I believe it was Citadel Paints' Vermin Brown, followed by a black wash (I think it is called Nuln Oil now) to shade the deeper parts.

if i'm not mistaken, you turning the jointed figure into a statue??? why not make the hand movable.... the base body is already jointed from the start... thats what i did with all my B.O.W. .... i think its better than eliminating the move...

Thanks, I actually have Nuln Oil already from a previous custom I did. Convenient. Thanks for responding so quick.

His right arm is still moveable at the shoulder and the elbow. He still has ab crunch functionality as well. The head still moves too! He's still very poseable. I'm gonna make a youtube video showing off the articulation when I'm done with him. His ankles, knees and hips had to be reinforced with apoxie sculpt because that stuff is heavy when it dries. Besides that, he's still very much an action figure.

Riker? I don't get it. PLEASE don't call me Bill. That's my grandpa's name. I'm not a Bill.

I added my progress to the link at the top of the page. Almost done with his arm.

Double reference. the first Officer on Star Trek The next generation was William Riker, frequently Called "riker" .

Also, in the book "we are legion, we are bob, a space probe starts as "riker, and becomes William later on. Eventually becoming Bill.
