Return of BATTLE BEASTS?

Seems that Diamond Select Toys is making new BATTLE BEAST toys!

I'm a little confused why Hasbro isn't doing them but that's another story. I'm not a huge fan of the first figure they are showing but this could be really cool. I love these figures when I was a kid. Little known fact but BATTLE BEASTS originated in Japan as a Transformers off-shoot.

It's pretty cool but I think I'd rather have them look like the original toys. Unless they make the shark one really cool. He was my favorite.

Those were crap toys back in the day. I remember getting some for Easter and burning then a couple days later.
