I just used this deal and bought a 1:1 Emperor bust for about $300 plus shipping!

Live Seach - type in Wii
After results are up, click on the one on the right side (sponsored sites), that will take you to ebay.
Now at Ebay you should see the cashback logo in green, saying 35% off.
Change the search term to Emperor bust or whatever else you want to buy.
Find a Buy It Now auction and get it at 35% less!!!

Then buy!!!!!

This is thru MSN, you need to have an account for this and it's sponsored by ebay. I've already added several things to my cart and it shows your savings before you checkout. I think it's pretty safe to say it's legit.

I followed Jeff's directions to make a purchase under $70 just to see if it would work for me.

They said I had $22.75 cash back throughout the transaction and.....

Everything went through fine until the very last step, which was registering to claim your cash back.

When it was all said and done it showed me getting 0 back.

I'd...have to say be cautious of this promotion, unless you are familiar with this type of thing 100%, and have a pre-existing live account.
