SDCC 2017....Hot Toys Reckoning

This appears to be the year Hot Toys is finally releasing a lot of figures that have been sought after for along time.

And this is on top of the expected lines such as Justice League. If we actually see all these up for PO soon and I hope we do. Man 2018 is going to be one hell of a year!!!

All I have to say is it better not be like the past with certain figures they have revealed and then 2 years later and still no PO or release.

Yep this was a huge announcement year. I haven't tallied it all up, but probably $8K-$10K in announcements. Fortunately there wasn't much by way of PF announcements (Batwoman is the only definite but may upgrade some of the Star Wars PFs), so I'll have more budget $ to put to 1:6 figures in 2017/2018.

I'll be honest the only think that truly "WOW'd" me was NECA Pans Labrinth. Wanted creatures from that movie in action figure form for a long time! As per HT I would be interested in Anakin, Hoth Leia and maybe Emperor. Overall not a big show for me this year!

I was really disappointed by hot toys nothing surprising at all. Qmx and blitzway stole the show for me again this year.
