Serious custom figure help

I posted this same thing in the general discussion and I was told to come here obviously because it's about customs. I want to have a custom figure made of my girlfriend as a unique gift for ou r anniversary. It's somewhat hard to describe her besides her being short, more of a Hispanic like skin tone. Originally I wanted a 6" but I'll go both ways and accept 12" as well because I was told its easier to do. If there are any custom figure makers on here that specialize in this I'd be more than glad to do business with you and set up a project if possible. As I stated in this post on the other board, Im not very knowledgable at all on the process of making figures.
