I wouldn't say it outright sucks, it's more going through a confusing time now... it doesn't know what it wants to be anymore.

I would like for this to happen. I played Dino Crisis 2 to death back in the day, and just few months ago I actually managed to (finally) finish the first game.

Here's hoping this series gets revitalized, would love me some dino action.

Revelations 2 at least seems like it's trying to do something right, but Pliss is right. RE does not know what it wants to be. Dinosaurs are cool like the motha fackin' T-Rex!

RE6 sucks, I'll give you that. I liked Rev 1, but I have yet to play Rev 2. Maybe I should hold off on commenting since I've yet to play it

Capcom should remake 6, or redo it.

It's notable how RE turned into action was probably more fitting for Dino Crisis than for RE.

Dino Crisis 2 was more action oriented, and it worked for it... but it lost that horror element since they throw Raptors at you left and right and there's no sense of dread.

I'm ok with that, DC1 managed to be horor cause it was the 1st one, a game about dinos can't be horror after the 1st one, much less with the same characters, it had to go into action territory, dinos are less frightening than zombies when it comes to dread and terror, dinos make for better adventure and action.
