shorten True Type legs

i have a TTM18 narrow shoulder body, is there a way to shorten the legs by the ankle?? can i cut the bit around the ankles of and be able to stick the feet pegs still in?

Take out the ankle adaptors and dremel the inside so the pegs fit. There's no easy way to do it. You will need to drill or sand or some kind if modification to shorten the legs.
