But getting back to the topic, no fungus is anything to screw around with IMO. I've never heard of Cryptococcus gatti. From the little info. I gathered, it's got more of a kick then the average run of the mill sp. neoformans (which is a nothing to screw around with either.)

Keep yourself informed. And if you feel symptomatic, get yourself checked out. Interesting post though. Thanks for the info. Good to know.

I don't know what it is, but I prefer to be blissfully unaware. I read a book about ebola once. It scared the bejesus out of me and I decided I prefer not knowing all the different horrible ways a virus can kill me.
