Maybe the old Hasbro speederbike still has some life left in it.

It looked okay when I saw photos of it repainted and posed with kitbashed scouts...does anyone know what the measurements are on the Hasbro?

Hasbro version is around 23 and a half inches long

Hasbro version is around 23 and a half inches long

SSC lists theirs at 20" long.

While the Hasbro may be a little better lengthwise, I guess it matters where that length is. (That's what she....never mind.)

The Hasbro looks like a two seater compared to this so there's one inch love the profile view of the scout but they got the shape of the lenses all wrong which almost makes hit the cancel button and wait it out for hottoys

I think theres length variations in the actual bike itself onscreen. They're longer in the PT than in the OT which leads to the difference in various companies making different lengths to scale.

The PT bikes are not quite similar to OT ROTJ speederbikes

I don't get what you mean. Weren't the bikes that the Jedi were issued at the end of the clone wars the exact same model that the Empire continued to use? Thats what I'd read and it sure looked like a Scout bike when Stass bites it onscreen.

I'm not into all the EU techno know how etc, but the bike luke and liea are on the seat can accomodate them like the hasbro bike the sideshow appears single seater, I'm interested in if there are any screen shots that prove Luke/leias is different from the standard

Given the price and seeming undersize of the SS bike, I think I'm going with the Hasbro, even if it's a little oversized. oversized > undersized. IMHO.

Where you guys are getting the idea the SSC bike is too small? A while back in this thread I showed a side by side between the full size and the SSC and it looks very close. Leia is not sitting on the seat when she and Luke are riding together.

I wonder if SSC's bike will have adjustable front fins like in the movie.
