Its all in pieces and needs to be put together. It comes with instructions and its super easy to do. I hope it sells out quickly. I dont want to have to buy a third or fourth... honestly though, scout and bike are some of the best 1/6 pieces Sideshow has made in a while. But they usually do pretty good on troopers.
