DAMN. WOW. I'm glad I did not get this SS piece. Was thinking about it but i'm happy I didn't because look at how it resembles that figure.

The funny thing is, the Sideshow statue is $300 and that McFarlane figure is only $30.

Such a shame that people blindly stand up for Sideshow's piss-poor quality.

For what the price of the MacFarlane figure was I don't see any issues with it. It was $30 and I bought it back then and still own it. When something's that cheap you can overlook the flaws. For the SS statue though...not so much.

Agree, If the paint app is similar to the standard of the wolf pred, it will be just nice.

It's the only way they're going to shift them after all the issues.

Also ordered day 1, after getting it, took photos of the horrible paint job and demanded a refund, they took the turd back and paid for shipping.

I am just happy we have an excellent and accurate 1/5 wolf pred so I finally have a display worthy predator in my collection, as i only care for mask on versions and missed the maquette ex by a few years...

I've been in a on and off debate if I want to pick up this piece and I really was trying not too and you can see I tried so hard to avoid getting this one but i'm going to pick it up. I'll post pictures and a video of it to state my opinion on it and really give a true review on the statue itself since it doesn't get a lot of love at all. I need a 1987 Predator in my Collection and don't think SS will make another for a while. Once the City Hunter goes up for order both will look great together. trying to stick with just the original looking Predators but will also pick up Bad Blood even though isn't a original Predator it's pretty awesome. I like different things SS make even if not from the movies. Than pick up Dutch PF plus some of the Bios and that'll be it for me until they make more of the Classic Preds or The Super Preds from Predators. Just couldn't resist getting this one. Maybe be bad or good I guess we'll see. Be ordering soon and i'll voice a opinion that is on track from the word "****" Stay tune!

Scar - weird pose
Wolf - Weapons are lame because they are not extended
P1 - No complaints other than the netting paint in one spot

Not sure what you mean by "Original preds"... do you mean classic P1? Movie preds?

They just did the super predators in 1/5 maquettes and I don't think they sold too well, I can't see any more coming any time soon.

Funny Bad Blood is the only one that doesn't really appeal to me... it's 1/6 though
