Mine arrived with rubbed nose. It's weird that the headsculpt didn't have any plastic bag over it to prevent it from rubbing against the plastic clamshell. Should I ask for exchange?

You really only need a bit of water. No styling product or comb required (nor recommended). Pull up a few reference photos, and a little cup of water to dip your fingers into, and work at it until it looks pleasing to your eye. No trimming required, unless you find the odd unreasonably long strand that isn't blending with the surrounding hair. Post photos!Finally, I ordered one.
It needs some hair treatment, but I'm not sure how to do it. I'll give it a try.
