And even there the eyes don't look too large... and like others said I think a touch of guyliner, might just do the trick as well as bushing out the eyebrows a touch.

Overall looks like a winner, and I'll get to find out in person in just a few hours

You won't be disappointed. Even this Pro body shocked me in a great way. By far the best Pro body that SSC has ever come out with IMO. The guy liner really needs to be subtle and very faint IMO. You'll see in hand the sculpt adheres to light very well so the shadowing and texture of the face and details really make it come to life. Especially at a distance.

I'm still debating if I should try to add guy liner or mess with the sculpts because I'm really impressed.

As long as you don't go too dark with the guyliner, I think you'd be okay. Use a medium brown instead of black, and keep it really subtle.

I'll probably do the guyliner tonight... it will only take a few minutes. Good thing to is if you just apply it lightly and are careful it should wipe off if you aren't happy with it. I think a thin line on the top of the eye would be enough, maybe some on the bottom.

I'll take a before and after to see if it actually helps or not

The furry hood is looking better in these latest arrivals...as in more furry?

Hi guys...I just got mine...I could use some help with the antenna in the scanner....do your's all just loosly rest in the holes on top or are your tight? I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong...they just kinda wobble in in the peg holes....

No unfortunately that is where they goofed. My antennas are really jiggling. They made the holes too hollow IMO to compensate for the two antenna covers

I don't think they were made to be sturdy because they wanted to show them retracted with the covers.

I can't believe nobody has posted a new Sideshow Han with the full Bespin get-up yet. Does anyone own a pair of brown pants?

My figure should arrive tomorrow. I don't have the entire Bespin outfit, but I do have similar pants and boots from Sideshow Ceremonial Luke. I may have to try those on for size

One more hoth figure today and just a taun taun to go. Like Luke....internet pictures don't do this figure justice. Overall it looks good. You just have to futz with it. The gloves look a lot better if you push them up the arm more. The ONLY 2 things I'm dissatisfied with is how loose the holster strap around the leg is....and the very loose way the scanner antenna fit into the top of the device. Do your antenna look like mine?
Again...like Luke...a lot of unwarranted hate on this figure for this figure (in my opinion) I think he's an A-

Wowie-wow-wow! This figure is incredible... I'm so happy to say that I don't have any real complaints (the leg wrap on the holster needs tightened) on this release and I think the exclusive head is some of Sideshow's finest work and is nearly HT level.

No pics yet of the Hoth get-up, I was too excited to try out the bespin look. This is the Sideshow outfit, DiD boots and a Banner body. I like the neck, but the arms are a bit too thick... still looks pretty great imo. Pictures (especially these poorly lit ones) don't do it justice. In hand it is very impressive!

I was planning on it, but honestly I don't think he needs it... the photos tend to accentuate the openeness of the eyes, but in person I think it looks fine. And I noticed a very fine line of black around the top of the eye (on mine at least) so I don't know if it would make a difference. I guess I could still do it anyway just to see

I always thought the Bespin jacket looked too small. Will be curious to see how it looks with the new jacket after the zipper has been removed.

I didn't think I would say this, but I think the in-hand photos of Sideshow's Han Hoth is beating the prototype photos of Hot Toys' A New Hope Han in terms of sculpt. I see more Harrison Ford in the above photos than I do the Hot Toy's pics. Of course things may change when Hot Toys' figure goes to market, but we'll see.

I think the new shirt will be an upgrade, just from what I saw of it seemed to suggest a thinner material and better stitching. I haven't fully undressed him, so it I'll know more later. I won't bother with the new jacket, the old one looks good to me. I do think he might look better on a thinner body with a fixed neck... so I'll try that next.

But the body I used was from the Hot Toys Bruce Banner figure. The boots were made by DiD; but they are pretty typical of the leather-like WWII German boots a number of companies produce.

It wins the likeness hands down... the refinement will probably go to HT, but this is an excellent ESB Han sculpt and one I don't have a lot of confidence HT would be able to best.

Now you know why I kept referring the guy liner situation is really a judgement call because the way the textures of the sculpt and details, changes and blends in well with different forms of lights and angles.

And if someone is going to try and add the guy liner it has to be really, really faint and subtle

Pretty cool to see all the positive comments about this figure now, after all the freaking out that was going on about it earlier. I cancelled mine out of lack of interest more than anything else, but seeing these pics I'm definitely getting tempted to reorder again...

Not really... the Han head looks pretty large compared to the HT. I think the HT is very proportionate for the body they chose and Han is good on a larger body. But right next to one another they look a tad off. At some point I'll do a pic with the new Sideshow head on the DX07, I think that will look great with this Han sculpt.

I made sure to pull out the fur as much as I could... it gets tucked in a bit when you put it over the helmet. I'm actually good with the fur as-is. I might trim some of the straggly bits, but overall looks good to my eye.

I retract my earlier statement about the original Sideshow Besping Jacket, this new one is much nicer. Here's a comparison of the two jackets and shirts. New on top, old on the bottom.

So, with out any delay I removed the zipper... just ran an exacto knife along the stitched edge of the jacket; took all of 2 minutes. I removed a few stray threads between the body swaps... so be mindful of that.

And here's Han using a regular HT body... specifically a Barnes Platoon body and TFA Captain America Neck joint. I thought I'd prefer this, but at least with the new jacket and shirt he does really fill it out.

The Banner body looks better with the new stuff, but the fit is still a bit odd. I think better than the old Jacket and shirt, but not perfect. I think the biggest issue is the sleeves are a touch too short... if they were as long as the old Bespin Jacket it'd be perfect, but the shorter length and wider sleeve is messing stuff up.
