Took me a bit to figure it out too. It wraps around his shoulders from underneath the arms and the strap just snugs against his back.[ATTACH]299888[/ATTACH][ATTACH]299890[/ATTACH]It looks like they made the power harness with two spots to clip the cape on the shoulders but for whatever reason went with the strap instead. Clips would have been a lot easier.
