Sideshow, please fix the Emperor's hood on the PF

Is it just me or does his hood look way too small? I think that's throwing things off, as the sculpt looks a bit better in close up.

As pointed out, it is way too small.

On the PF the clasp of his hood looks like it's choking him. As you can see in the movie pic much more of his neck should be showing and the clasp should sit much further down.

Something about the sculpt and the paint job remind me of The Baron from Dune.
