Not sure if this is in the right section but does anybody have any idea how much they charge for delivery to the uk as I've emailed sideshow but not heard back been about 5 days now. Hope some uk buyers out there that could help me out with this, thanks for your time

basically you have to whack on 20% VAT on how much you paid for your item then add on a further GBP10.00 Fedex handling charge on top...although once youve worked it out i suggest your sitting down

When i ordered my Wolverine LSF i recieved a whopping GBP285.00 import charge!!!

Until recently everything from a PF to a 1/6th figure has been $25 on whatever I've bought directly. Recently the shipping price has risen to $40, though it seems they're keeping some items at $25. I had some POs which I'd worked shipping in at $25 and now with this stealthy price hike of 40% I've cancelled any items which I haven't already paid an NRD on or any items like exclusives that aren't available more locally.

I contacted Sideshow recently regarding a credit of $50 that I forgot I had. When told I could use it for any stock item I was racing through your website pages desperately trying to find something to buy before the credit ran out. I then found an item I wanted, it was one of those cool and funky Obi Wan lightsaber umbrellas. However, I was staggered to see the shipping quote to London for such a small and light item does it really cost $65 to ship an umbrella to the UK? cos that's more than I paid to have you ship my Hulk Maquette to me?! Is this quote actually correct?

I think they subsidize the cost of statue shipping but not on other items. I remember being quoted more for a few catalogs than a PF.

If its any help shipping for Shaak Ti Exclusive was $25 to the UK.
Add on customs and Fed-Ex admin charges (really?) and it was an additional £54 on top of the retail price.

Which worked out £5 more than buying a regular in the UK. So, always buy the EX direct from sideshow, otherwise you can pick up regulars a lot cheaper from your local comic shops (forbidden planet etc) or online retailers ( and ebay).

Normally its about 2 weeks, sometimes sooner. Don't panic.

i got sent a fed ex invoice on 10th october for £60 completely forgot about it, nobody has been in touch maybe they forgot about me

There's a template email you can amend.
On my first imported figure I got hit for £4.54 VAT and £10 Fedex charges.

This is classic FedEx! They issue the invoice and then don't hear from them for abt a month. You realise a month later that you still haven't paid the invoice and instantly get that feeling that you've pulled off the blag of the century by assuming they've forgotten all about it

Then all of a sudden...BOOM! a final payment reminder is posted through the door in BIG RED CAPITALS!!!!

They know who you are

And they will get the payment
