There was an announcement for the line during Twelve Days in 2013, but Vader, Fett, and the trooper weren't confirmed until Comic Con last year.

Still don't get why they didn't make these 1/4. Would have killed 2 birds with 1 stone. At 1/5, I have no interest, as they won't fit in with the rest of my collection.
