Apparently it is. I assumed there was some other horror Santa movie this was a remake of.

But no yelling of "NAUGHTY!" and "PUNISH!" in the trailer means this will not be good.

Haven't seen the sequel in a long time but I remember the scene where the killer goes on a shooting spree in a neighborhood and decapitates a nun at some point.

Terrible animation, I know. But I didn't know what I was doing back in 2002.

I should clarify: I still don't. But it's sort of a nice excuse.
