I will wait to hear it from another source than Facebook before I offer my condolences.

The man had a great career.

Now would be the time to offer up that Dooku figure, Sideshow.

Sad to hear this. He was one of my favorite Bond villains. I was lucky enough to meet him at a book signing in London years ago. RIP

Re: Christopher Lee dead at 93 years old

Sad news. At least he lived a very long life, and seemed to really enjoy it.

RIP

Always enjoyed his performances. With his work in Star Wars and the Rings trilogy people will get to enjoy his work for years to come. RIP Mr. Lee

What a great actor, from Scott of the Antarctic to Angels in Notting Hill Sir Chris gave audiences juicy characters who they could cheer or be afraid of. Even through the disaster that was AOTC he gave a classy performance that contained real menace.

RIP Sir Chris

Sad to hear this. Glad SS got that Saruman PF released and they got it RIGHT. He lived a long life and had a heck of a career.

Timeless and even at 93 ageless... What an amazing career.. I hope he's playing cards with Peter Cushing right now and they are catching up on old times..RIP! This might be a Hammer movie weekend!

Feel fortunate that we got him in so many iconic roles and that he had such a rich life and career. I remember watching a video of his where he said he was hoping to live long enough to watch his performance in Battle of the Five Armies when it premiered. Glad he made it and a fair bit beyond. RIP, Mr. Lee.

A long life. A stellar career. Great iconic roles. Featured parts in two film franchises that will likely endure for decades if not centuries. A 50-year marriage. A family. Not a bad deal. RIP.
