I always tried to pose Duncan in a crazy way because he has so many cool moves and stances on the show. I ended up with a really plain one though. i like yours though. I'm still hope the line expands, I think Sideshow is underestimating the fan base of the show, Give us Richie and see what happens.

I agree as well Dengar... I liked Duncan alot actually, and while the original will always be the "true" Higlander film in my mind, I still love Duncan in the show and in Endgame... In the movie it was nice to see the dynamic that the two Macleod's had together.

Thanks guys. I love the Highlander movie (1st one and Endgame) as well as the show. I also hope Sideshow issues more pieces,a medevial Kurgan is a must.

ah so people do like the show on here, thats cool. I think a Jacob kell would also make an awesome figure.

Although Highlander 3 is a lot like 1, is still enjoyable in my book.

I do enjoy the series and I like the fact that the added the Watchers in.I think they were a cool dynamic for the series!The only thing I dont like about the series is that they seemed to try to hard sometimes to "recapture" the feel of the orininal movie, which cant be done!However when the show finally came into its own it got a lot better!

And as far as H3 goes, I cant stand it.I totally hate the movie as a whole!In my mind there was only ONE movie and a pretty good series!The other Highlander movies just drive me crazy!And part 2.....pure ****!!!!!

Yeah, some of the other movies drove me a little batty... But I still liked them if only for the fact that they were Highlander movies... The series hit it's stride after a few episodes and my Dad used to have me watch them with him. They were very cool, but I still held the original film in the limelight. Nothing will ever top it in my book, as far as Highlander goes.

I really didn't like Kell all that much, but it would still be nice to have a figure for Duncan to fight.. well... besides Connor...

But that's just wrong!

That scene between those two in Endgame was great but so sad...

I'm thinking of customising my Connor to be more like the battlefield version. Comparing his McLeod broadsword to the movie - it seems like it is about an inch too long, the blade slightly too wide (check out where the blade meets the guard and its really noticable) and the guard is just a little too narrow (in the movie it extends out each side about the length of the hilt). Any opinions ?

You could probably sculpt a whole new sword if you really wanted to.... Use the smaller sword as reference and do it....

It would be nice to make Connor a fur coat and everything... That's actually a very good idea. I might have to do that as well!!!

I could go on, but I think those would sell the best. I'm surprised to see so many Kurgan crusaders come out and say they like the show in this thread, seemed like I was all alone in the other thread.

awesome pics!!! i LOVED the first highlander. the series was also fantastic, even though i still like the original movie more-- the show is 100 times better than all the movie sequels.

Ramirez would be awesome!! Hell, if my Kurgan custom goes well, I just might have to try and tackle him! The costume will be Hell, but it could be cool....

As for the figures from the show.... I can say that I enjoyed the show, but would probably not buy any figures from it. My collection is primarily film and horror... I could'nt see it expanding for those characters... Maybe BSG (new one), but nothing else...

Duncan would be the exception to the rule.

im still waiting for some BSG 12" figures. i know they've been announced, but no pictures of any yet.

I've heard that too - but I'll still get it eventually to complete the collection. I suspect that without Duncan as the straight man Amanda wouldn't just be the same.
