I'm fairly new to the hobby but there seem to be so many sites to order from and it is a crap shoot as to who to trust.
I got some great advice from a few people here and I believe it will be my way of doing things.
Order from companies who have a great standing history,not just by the price or if they are offering a good discount.
Discounts do not do you any good if you never receive the figure.
I pre ordered 2 so far and although I have not received them yet,I am confident I will.
I ordered mine form SSC.

thanks, if you order it from ebay you will get it anyway but that cost alot of money

I wouldn't pre-order ANYTHING from eBay or any site that does not have a long history of being legitimate. I know thats not an easy answer, but do your research and go from there.

I concur with the above regarding preordering on ebay. I recently was taken for 3 preorder figures by 2 different sellers. Ironically, I had preordered and done business with both, and was successful. Both had high legitimate feedback ratings from prior buyers of similar items. Not just the USB chargers and trinkets to fluff their feedback ratings. For whatever reason these two sellers suddenly went AOL when it was time to deliver and I had to fight with ebay/paypal, and my bank for resolution. Point is, even the once reputable seller of preorder items on ebay have become sketchy. If you look through the dealers link on this site, you can see who has great, or poor reputations. It's not a complete list, but it does have valuable information. But yes, AVOID ebay for preorder items.
