Necroposting!
My friend at the office brought in his (it was an early Christmas present) and it's really impressive! The lights and sounds are really good, especially since he moves his head as well. But when he pops his third leg out to start moving--it's like straight out of the movie! He also wiggles around when he's on 2 legs while he's chirping and his lights are on.
Really nice full-on toy to play with!
I know this is an old thread but I just picked one up CHEAP and I’m looking to weather mine when it arrives. I loved looking at the pics other have done to weather the body but what did you use on the Dome?
Thanks in advance.
I always recommend using Cartoon Colour Cel-vinyl paint.
It's not acrylic but a special polymer designed for creating cartoon cel panels, as such, it has MUCH more pigment and bonds to plastic like nothing else.
Right: Hasbro
Left: Repainted clock
