SS Marcus wright and John conner question

I see those Sean conner, and Marcus wright statues on SS website. What scale are those? I see 15 inches or so does that include the base? The statue seems kind of small like a Bowen size if it's 15 inches including the base. Anyone here have any info on these or what's your thoughts about getting them?
