SSC Bib VS Attakus Bib

I did a poll, on the Attakus Bib, asking collector's opinions regarding the likeness of the piece a while ago. A greater portion of collectors, on this site, felt the the likeness was "dead on" while others thought it was close or not close at all. Personally, I think the Attakus Bib looks greatly detailed, but the facial area leaves something to be desired. It looks like a great statue, but not a great likeness of Bib. SSC, on the other hand, has made a great looking 12" figure with a much better likeness of the character (IMO).

So, now that SSC has their Bib, which of the two do collector's here think has a better likeness?

I think both have their merits but the Sideshow Bib wins because well it costs a whole lot less than the Attakus statue. Plus he comes with Jabbas frog like snack and who could pass those up.

,..i have to agree with u on this 1,.,,.just look at the face and everything,..,,attakus have much more details ,.... wish i could afford it .

That's a tough one. Both are pretty darn good looking. I think they each have some details the other is lacking.

Sideshow's would look a lot better if they used matte paint. Right now, he is too shiny. He also has a surprised look, kinda like Luke. I prefer everything about the Attakus version, except the lack of articulation.

I agree. Attakus by a hair, but if you factor in value, it's a no contest.

I haven't seen the Attakus Bib in person but I have seen SS's Bib at SDCC.
It is spectacular. But if I am going from the pics posted here I would have to say if I could pick regardless of cost, I would select the Attakus. I think maybe it is the expression on his face and pose. Plus I still prefer a statue over a figure, I can't explain why.

Yes I noticed.I like Sideshows better I think, Although the other is nice.

Maybe he was caught stimulating his lekku.....

I read somewhere that the lekku is also used for sensory pleasure.....go figure what it means!
