Indeed, I did - just wanted to add my 2 cents

It kills me to see cinema in the current state it's in... we had it so good for so many years (and didn't even realize it) and now the lunatics are running the asylum

I love this show- It’s the first time in a very long time that I am waiting for the next week’s episode in joy (not fearful like Obi WAN or BoBF)

For my personal taste probably the best since Stranger Things, Season 4

Yeah, I never thought the phrase "nothing lasts forever" would apply to the movie going experience in my lifetime.

Very sad. But glad I had the time I did.

I loved The Batman in that it felt like an atmosperic, artistic theatre *experience* rather than a way to kill time, which so much seemingly thoughtless and heartless entertainment feels like these days.

I love Andor the same way. Haven't felt this engaged with a show since Game of Thrones, and actually ... I think for some reason I like it better. This is up there with Mad Men for me. They are not remotely the same thing but give me that same sense of total immersion and anticipation.

The cinema is on a down path for a long time. I remember the TV series coming from HBO a decade ago, most of them were fantastic. Right now, 80% is crap, things I have no connection with whatsoever.

I am not a Fandor of Andor.

Mon Mothma is rather captivating but otherwise this show is a consistent sleep-aid for me. BOBF was cartoonish and silly but this unfortunately goes way too far in the other direction IMO. Mandalorian is the sweet spot....well, at least it was. They undermined their own story with what they pulled in BOBF so the jury is out pending season 3.

I was late to this episode and massively agree with all the positive comments, another winner! It was nice to see Melshi (great to avoid spoilers and not know he was going to be in it) and I loved how indifferent Yularen was in the meeting. Also great to see Serkis, he can be terrific when he doesn’t overact.

Like I said before I consider Andor the best Star Wars series made so far. Yes, it might be slow for some, and even boring, but these extra layers of character development, of background information about the high class of Coruscant, as well as simple people everywhere in the galaxy, and Empire's iron fist, are making this show a true gem. And then, for the first time in Star Wars shows and films, the politics didn't seem boring, every scene with Mon Mothma is interesting. I waited for a Star Wars show like this forever.

I'm only through 6 episodes and this show force-pushes away every other Star Wars show out of the way (except Mandalorian). Some of you aren't mature enough to watch/deserve it and should rewatch Obi-Non to remember how bad Star Wars can be written.

LOL the flavors of horror.

Like last week, with Andor, there's these characters willing to sacrifice others. to overthrow the Empire, and the horrific, elegant, treatment of the prisoners. (I NEED a Luthen dolly....)

Then there's the horror of watching Obi, baffled why you could have such a great actor as the lead, and the jaw-dropping horror of, like Vader who apparently has bouts of senility off and on and can't remember the use of destructive powers he used a few minutes before.

So, as Halloween approaches, instead of watching your garden variety stupid-teens-get-pulverized horror, you could, yah know, just rewatch Obi, and re-experience your dreams crumbling again.

The only people I have met IRL who dislike the show are, shall we say, a little on slow side of things. The kind that Idiocracy warned of.

Those who see it as OK but a little boring being of average intellect but short attention spans (the cellphone glued types)

and those who liked it have been of the above average intellect/attention span.

This is obviously anecdotal, not to mention a limited sample so probably not reflective of the users here but an interesting pattern I noticed.
