I am bored and was on moviefone.com, looking for a movie to go watch, and stumbled across an article on supposed little known trivia about Indiana Jones. I searched for about half an hour looking for a thread on this subject...and I was surprised to not find one. There are one or two for specific references/easter eggs. But I found none for them in general. If I have missed something...mods...merging is what I preach.

I hope others will post some even if they are old news.

These "Easter Eggs" may be well-known. They seems like the kind that would be (actually...are there really any that nobody knows of other than than my not knowing these three?). But, for some reason, these came in under my radar until today. They all have to do with Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark.

1 - The registration number on Jock's airplane at the beginning of the movie is "OB-CPO".

2 - When Indiana gets off the Nazi Sub "Ein, Ein, drei, acht" (1138) is heard over the loudspeaker.

3 - R2-D2 and C-3PO appear as heiroglyphics in The Well of Souls.

Old news?

The Millennium Falcon is in Blade Runner

R2-D2 is on the Mothership in Close Encounters of the Third Kind

The Millennium Falcon can be seen in the Federation/Borg Cube battle at the beginning of Star Trek: First Contact.

Just watch Family Guy, there are tons of jokes in the episodes. Those guys are such fans of Star Wars (or at least the OT) that they made the whole OT in Family Guy style :D

I don't know if you guys have heard of it, but there's this movie called Spaceballs. There's a lot of funny jokes about Star Wars in it. Like, instead of Yoda, he's called Yogurt.
