Vader was included on the coupon list for a week or so after he first launched, but then disappeared from it and hasn't returned. I...might keep a tab open after my coupons expire so I can keep an eye on what's available for the next one. Guessing the code I got this morning is going to go to waste. (Pro tip: if two items ship out on the same day, you only get one coupon on day 40.)

that proto still has the chest box straps, although the actual costume does not have them (like ep3's chest box)
still using old rogue 1 parts
the chest armor should have a bit of a different shape too but I digress

That hologram looks terrible. Hoping it is just the lighting. Really he should have come with a Reva holo anyway. Sculpt still looks incredible though!

Really tempted to buy a second and just roll him around in some dirt to soften the contrast between the battle damaged and non battle damaged parts.

Yeah all the holograms are as pointless as cell batteries and they stay in the box.

Having said that I’m sure there are some great posers/photographers out there that can make them look great

Never understood how they could manage light speed travel but still use low res Zoom calls. The blue shaded holos with static lines seems like it would have been resolved long before advanced space travel

Not feeling the visibility of the wire coming out of the belt box from the front. Say what you will about the Sideshow ROTJ Vader, but they did a pretty good job on handling the electronics in the belt and chest box. Plus, the batteries last for quite awhile. I've had mine for a couple of years now and still haven't had to change the batteries.

I do! I like them as a display option from time to time.

Hey all, Is the clean Vader in the deluxe set pretty much the Rogue One Vader? So same helmet /mask as ANH Vader? If so would this be the best version of ANH Vader to get (seeing as Rogue One Vader is now ridiculously priced)? I'd probably sell off the obi-wan series parts as not interested in Disney+ stuff.

Same question. I want to know if it's worth getting a loose clean head of this one to put on RO Vader

The mask sculpt seems the same as RO but if it's a new helmet dome it might make it overall better.

I always found the RO/ANH dome a bit off in proportions
