can the RT score hit 14%...?
Why not, the rumors/spoilers about #4 don't come close to suggesting improvement.

Tho I will say I'm not gonna join the Filoni-bashing because while his work may be uneven, I suspect that it's
possible while he did helpfully mention something about witches, it's not clear that Leslie and he were joined at the hip.

She seems so self-besotted that she'd think someone passing her condiments equals a deep relationship. Filoni's not the best writer/director but Rebels, CW, Bad Batch had well fleshed out characters and some good arcs. I gotta wonder if smiley Filoni is inwardly cringing at the sing-song LOL.

The power of mmmmmmaaaaaaaaannnnnnyyyyyyyyy mercifully sending this to oblivion.:computer

From what i’m hearing by a friend in public safety the “The Power of One-Two-Many” is a war cry being taken up at the ground level against the Christian-Catholic establishment.

Yet Sharia will be the one organization that will immediately kill them on sight. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A coworker of mine asked me why can’t SW just for once be allowed to be 100% progressive.

I advised them that Star Wars from its inception was A-political with only a shallow layer of USA Vietnam era anti war themes but that wasn’t what made it a pop culture icon.

When I walked out in 77 as a 10-year-old kid and my adult family first thought wasn’t wow what a great anti-Vietnam war movie!

NO!!!!

My thought was HOLY CRAP what the hell were those armored soldiers, Vader, Death Star and space ships!!!

Holy crao Tie Fighters, Y-Wings, X-Wings WHAT!!!!

My other answer to that person was sure no one is saying they can’t be 100% progressive go right ahead and do exactly what they’re doing.

Nobody stopped them from creating The Acolyte BUT also be prepared for the fallout from the core fanbase, be prepared to suffer the market share consequences like with any other product that gets released out on the marketplace AND don’t ***** when it bombs.

If anything the core fan base are screaming at Disney to stop doing what they’re doing because they’re only going to lose money.

These horrible fans are actually trying to HELP Disney make money not lose money.

That’s the irony of it all we’re being labeled ugly human beings while we’re trying to warn Disney NOT TO BE SURPRISED by the reaction from the core SW fan base you know the ones who made SW a pop culture icon in the first place.

In 77 I also didn’t walk out of SW thinking this movie could’ve been way much better had the filmmakers made the actor’s sexuality and skin color be the main driving force of the character arcs and plot!!!

Same applies for the other greats of cinema!

Leslie for certain would’ve made Gandalf’s divine Maiar Valar origins be connected to the actor’s personal life sexuality taking precedent over the story, for certain!

The coworker is 29 lol

Can someone who watched Episode 2 explain how the floating white Jedi in a trance was convinced to wake up and commit suicide by drinking poison?

Search your feelings, you know it to be true...
R2-D2 saved our hero’s multiple times and both were the audience’s eyes for the introduction of the first film.

Both were Much more important and thought out characters than Blue Fish man and “Holiday special guest” mech girl.

You have seen the OT right ? ;) ;) ;)

The Power of Radagast the Bunny Creator lol
Just finally started watching The Boys. Finished season two. Very multicultural cast and sexual orientations. But that is just a part of who they are and not what they are. I didn’t even think about how multicultural the cast was until I thought to compare it with this show. Just interesting well written characters. Yeah there is a liberal slant for sure but also some teasing of those on both sides. I can live with it as it does not preach at me like the “do better” speech in Falcon and Winter soldier

I’m guessing if the characters in the Acolyte were well written, the show well directed, and the story respectful to the lore, nobody would do too much complaining.

I find the biggest offense is that this show was given 2x the budget of Obi Wan and I thought it seemed like those budget limitation affected the quality of Obi wan (back yard saber duels)

Why would you give a show about two of SW most popular characters 1/2 the budget of a show about nobodies, directed and written by a nobody??? Oh I know why but I won’t say.. Gotta keep this thread alive lol

See gifs like that remind me of how much fun I had watching BOBF. I'm so glad that they are releasing it on 4K disc later this year. :yess:
I’m hoping Mando season 3 includes the 2 Mando episodes from BOBF because they were freaking epic.

Fingers crossed.

If not i’m going to have to buy the BOBF set.

I’m sure it’s going to be the latter. :gah:
